Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.

 

Delivery time

Paddle Pup gear ships directly from our supplier's warehouse to your door. Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks from the order date, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

 

We know that's longer than many retailers, and we'd rather tell you upfront than promise a delivery window we can't guarantee. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll look into it.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

 

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll work with our supplier to locate it or arrange a resolution.
